Every Last Thursday of Gregorian month, Bikalpa an Alternative jointly organize the Last Thursday’s event at Biratnagar with Hotel Namaskar, E4N and Makalu Television. Entrepreneur Mr. Balaram Acharya, Executive Director, and Chairman of Garima Hotel and Pvt. Ltd was invited as a guest speaker to the program. Program was started at 3:30. Basanta Adhikari, Director of Bikalpa and Alternative moderated the program welcoming the participants and guest speaker. Rima Shrestha, Director of Hotel Namaskar, shared the objective of the program. She also shared about her upcoming event. After her pitch, guest speaker Mr. Balaram Acharya share his personal story on the journey of his entrepreneurship. He believes that knowledge, skill and confidence are essential elements to be a good entrepreneur. He also highlighted that it is supply and demand set the price of commodity in the market, not the individual or government. After the guest speaker speech, participants had a open discussion with the speaker for an hour where Mr. Acharya clarifies the participant’s queries. Guest speaker Mr. Acharya gave the prize to the winner of the quiz asked during the program. Rima Shrestha, Director of Hotel Namaskar, handover the token of love to the guest speaker. Program was formally ended at 5:30 heading for tea and informal networking. The program was recorded by Makalu television that will be telecast later. The program was organized at the venue of Hotel Namaskar, Biratnagar. Total 121 numbers of participants took part in the program.
