Bikalpa an Alternative jointly organize the one day Civic Leadership Workshop at Hotel Namaskar, Biratnagar to sensitize college students on the civic issues. The objective of the program was to inspire young people to take initiatives and keep concern on civic issues.
35 students from six different colleges took part in the program actively. Basanta Adhikari, Director of Bikalpa an Alternative and Rima Shrestha, Director of Hotel Namaskar facilitated the whole process. Team building, youth as change makers, self motivation, importance of extra curriculum in students life was the major topic covered in the program. After the distribution of the certificate program was wrapped up at 5:00 pm. These participants will be given opportunity to take part in other activities of the organization.
