Bikalpa an Alternative Jointly organize the one day Civic Leadership Workshop at Hotel Namaskar, Biratnagar on 13 September 2014 to sensitize college students on the civic Leadership. The objective of the program was to inspire young people to take initiatives and keep concern on civic issues.
20 students from different colleges took part in the program actively. Basanta Adhikari, Director of Bikalpa an Alternative Director of Hotel Namaskar facilitated the whole process. Rima Shrestha, Director of Hotel Namaskar, motivates young people on their carrier building. Team building, youth as change makers, self motivation, importance of extra curriculum in students life and Why is Nepal Poor? was the major topic covered in the program. After the distribution of the certificate program was wrapped up at 5:00 pm. These participants will be given opportunity to take part in other activities of the organization.
