These policies influence the government granting monopolies and protecting the business of their interests against group through foreign competition. At the same time, the Free-market emphasizes markets and private entrepreneurship.

The discussion further stemmed into how economically free countries are doing better than non-Economic free countries. Some other participants argued the difference in political and economic system matters for the development of the country. Political and economic freedom has to do with what we call a “level playing field”. There should be free choice in politics and economics.

On concluding remarks, participants quickly pointed out, although there are many myths and rumors regarding the Market. One does not have to be anti-market but should promote economic freedom granted by free and liberal markets, which helps bring greater prosperity to a country.
