January 28 .Every Last Thursday of Gregorian month, Bikalpa an Alternative jointly organize the “Last Thursday’s” event at Biratnagar in coordination with Hotel Namaskar, E4N and Makalu Television. Objective of the program is to disseminate the ideas and knowledge about entrepreneurship through the sharing of successful entrepreneurs. Also the program creates an opportunity to do networking and share ideas. On the episode of January Managing Director of Sun Feeds P.Ltd Mr Nitesh Gupta joined us for our continual series of ‘Last Thursdays’ at Hotel Namaskar. The program made the first move with a introduction Session. Basanta Adhikari , Director of Bikalpa an Alternative moderated the program welcoming the participants and guest speaker. The objective of the Program was Shared by Ms.Reema Shrestha.
He talked of his school days in Nepal and educational study of aboard. He was born and raised in Kathmandu. He elaborated on the basic tenets of success that he had learned during his banking career service.
Mr. Gupta shared his journey from being a job holder to an entrepreneur and shared his insights on essentials that are crucial to become a successful entrepreneur. According to him the greatest risk in any one life is to take not any risk but your risk should be calculative. There is challenge in doing anything but taking challenge will make your life worth. He also states to the youth if your interest is to be an entrepreneur then you should focus on it and go for it.
His Last message was There would be 10 and 20 reason for anyone to not start business here but it is not only challenging situation here it’s everywhere.
After the guest speaker speech, participants had a open discussion with the speaker for one hour where the speaker clarifies the participant’s queries Participants asked numerous questions throughout the program and engaged in a lively wrap-up discussion.
After the open discussion, program was formally ended at 5:10 pm for tea, snacks and informal networking. The program was telecasted (recorded) by Makalu television. Total 56 numbers of participants took part in the program.
