Are you passionate to learn about liberty and want to meet more people like you? Do you want to spend your time in a pleasant and propitious way? Do you want to learn from national & international trainers and network with them? Do you enjoy nature and charming landscapes? Liberty Camp has it all for you. With us, you will get four intense days of lectures, debates and both formal and informal integration with people from all over the country–a beautiful surroundings of Dhulikhel, on the outskirts of Kathmandu.
Liberty Camp is organized every year in different parts of the world, attracting people interested in spreading or exploring the idea of liberty. During the seminars, we discuss issues such as Trade and Entrepreneurship, Doing Business, Public Policy, Individual Liberty, Role of Government, History & Philosophy of Freedom, International Relations & Freedom, and Responsibility which is inherently intertwined with Freedom.
It will be an informal five-day meeting, during which freedom enthusiasts will participate in lectures and debates conducted by international experts and, most importantly, have fun! And we can assure you that it will be one of the most important chances in your life to meet well-known activists, entrepreneurs and Freedom workers from around the globe.

Founder and president of the Language of Liberty Institute. Since 2005, Glenn has brought LLI’s Liberty Camps and Seminars to over 3000 students in 30 countries, expanding his network of freedom fighters around the world. When not hosting Liberty Camps, Glenn recruits and develops new local partners, teachers, and donors for the Institute.
Glenn pursued a career in IT development, consulting, and training. He takes special pride in having helped organize the project to translate and publish the works of Ayn Rand into Russian in 1993 — the first time her works could be read in her native language.
Andy is a co-founder and director of the Language of Liberty Institute. An Australian citizen, originally from Luxembourg, Andy currently works as a management consultant from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Andy’s special contribution to LLI and the Liberty Camps is his broad experience with consulting, development, and training programs.
Barun is the founder and director of the Liberty Institute, a non-profit, independent public policy research and advocacy organization, based in New Delhi, India. Liberty Institute is dedicated to enhancing individual freedom in economic and political domains.
Among the recognition the Institute has received was the Templeton Award for Social Entrepreneurship in 2003. Barun Mitra also received the 2005 Julian L. Simon Award for his contribution in Environmental Policy debates from the Competitive Enterprise Institute.
Deependra Chaulagain is the Director of Operations at Samriddhi Foundation where he is responsible for devising and executing operational systems, processes and policies to ensure sound administration of the organization. He also oversees the development of outreach programs of the Foundation and coordinates the organization’s outreach with parliamentarians, politicians and bureaucrats.
He has remained a youth activist and has long experience of designing and executing several national and international programs in youth participation, youth politics, youth volunteerism and peace building.
