Friday Discussion is a program designed to engage and inform the core members on the ideas of free market economy and classical liberal ideas. Discussions are made on the contemporary issues (local or national) through free market perspective. Article is selected and shared within the members to prepare oneself for the program. The program is organized at the venue of Hotel Namaskar, Biratnagar on every alternative Friday (twice a month).
On this series, discussion was made on the Article of “ Immigration and its consequences”, where 13 numbers of participants took part to discuss their views.

As per the regular discussion we discussed in the topic about economic immigration and it consequences. The participants represented their views regarding the essay which they could relate to the most. The positive and negative aspect of the immigration both was over viewed in the discussion. Immigration is both boon and curse for any country. It creates innovation standard of living by boosting wages and lowering prices. The most important factor driving economic growth is innovation. High-skilled immigrants are great for innovation. It can raise labor-force growth, and thus growth in gross domestic product.

Some participant argued it on the issues such as relevance of tradition, culture and religion of the country. Immigration hurts the native citizen. They take away low-paying jobs; They receive social services, welfare benefits. They commit crimes and turn to illicit means to provide for themselves. It also effect on prominence of in the case of politics. .The program was held on 11th December 2015, at 4:45 pm and Program was ended at 5:30 pm.
