The Young Women Leadership Collective (YWLC) is a transformative leadership initiative designed to equip young women with the mindset,  skills, and support to lead change, starting from within. Rooted in principles of self-leadership, the program nurtures self-awareness, confidence, and purpose-driven leadership, while integrating key components such as communication as agency and social behavior change. Women Leadership Collective 2025 (YWLC).

YWLC is a 3-day residential camp, meticulously designed
to educate and empower young women (aged 20-25) on personal growth, gender equality, and social change. The program includes an intensive leadership event, combining interactive workshops, outdoor activities, experiential learning, storytelling, and reflection. So, take advantage of this opportunity to expand your horizons, connect with like-minded individuals, and unlock your potential.
