Values we believe in

We believe on the values of freedom and prosperity, and we are committed to it. We don’t cherish intolerance, populism, illiberal policy, and practices. We hope to advance change on the local policy issues through entrepreneurial approach, where our contents always serve our mission.

Teamwork is our Strength

We are one team. We respect, support, motivate and collaborate with each other and complete our task in an efficient way. We carefully listen to the thoughts and feelings of our team members and appreciate the efforts of everyone and make sure where each member is valued. We stick with our discipline, define our roles, and fulfill our commitments in time. We won’t tolerate gossips and groupism. There is room to disagree with each other, but we expect direct communication over our disagreements.

No Biases and no favoritism

There won’t be any biases or favoritism, which ensures harmony within the team member and high enthusiasm in work.

Transparent and Openness

We freely exchange information within the entire team and give feedback to each other on the Individual basis. We are open to each other, especially when there is constructive criticism to share.

Mentoring and Guidance

We encourage a learning culture through mentorship and guidance and enable both career and personal development of each member. We also help newcomers to gain knowledge, skills and confidence and get engaged with their co-workers.

Spontaneous fun

As we are in a serious business, still we need time to celebrate and get rejuvenated. That is why we occasionally organize fun activities like hiking and retreats for our refreshments and team bonding to break the routine of work cycle. Having meal together gives us a better opportunity to have a discussion and get to know each other on a personal level.
