About the Conclave

Bikalpa, an alternative, has been empowering the youth of Biratnagar to understand democracy, governance, and accountability through different programs and campaign activities. In today’s world, entrepreneurship is an important component of both economic growth and transformation in society. However, the success of entrepreneurial ventures heavily relies on the governance environment in which they operate. Good governance promotes an enabling environment by ensuring transparency, accountability, and the rule of law, which is essential for sustainable entrepreneurship.

Bikalpa in support with CIPE international is hosting a one-day “Entrepreneurship & Good Governance Conclave” to promote conversations on sustainable entrepreneurship and accountability. Also, the program will create an opportunity to engage YPE Fellow Members, Bikalpa Fellow Members, and other participants to have meaningful conversations, exchange ideas, and learn from the experiences of successful entrepreneurs and other experts. Through panel discussions and interactive sessions, the conclave will also delve into topics like policy advocacy for entrepreneurs and leveraging innovation to overcome governance challenges
