Formally starting his farming from 2069 5oo plants of lemon tree. Now, till date he added more 3000 lemon plants in his farm. In his earlier days of farming He used to get the objections for doing the work. There were not supportive hands for his work. He was also quite disappointed with education system of our country. Adding to it he said Sine we are Agricultural Country. Education System has not given the priority for the farming occupation in Nepal. There is a discrimination in professionals with educations labor and the labor farming. The farming occupation, is taken as the lowest level of labor in our country. He is on the mission of organic farming. There is more use of the pesticides in the production but he has emphasized on the reduction of pesticide use organic pesticides for the farming.

Challenges and Suggestion or Upcoming Entrepreneurs

During his till journey he found that there is an intermediaries who just take away profit and hike the price. This chain should be broken so that farmer can get right price of their product. Also he had found that due to lack of proper management of government the farmers are not getting subsidizes for farming. His key note to youth and upcoming entrepreneur was Involve youth in farming rather than they going out to foreign land. Focus on making employment of youths in field of farming make growth and add value to the country economy. He is also campaigning for making the Jhate village to be known as “Lemon village”. For this he is providing technical support and marketing support to the villagers. His ideas and struggles as an entrepreneur were a great listen and managed to inspire those present to become job-creators rather than job seekers in the program.
