Every Last Thursday of Gregorian month, Bikalpa – an Alternative jointly organize the “Last Thursday’s” event at Biratnagar in collaboration with Hotel Namaskar, Makalu Television and Merryland College (BBA) Biratnagar. Objective of the program is to disseminate the ideas and knowledge about entrepreneurship through the personal sharing of successful entrepreneurs. Also the program creates an opportunity to do networking and share ideas among the participants.
On 23rd February 2017, Entrepreneur Aswani Bansal joined us for the 36th series of ‘Last Thursdays’ at Makalu Television for a discussion on the existing scenario of industry in the Biratnagar with over more than 60 people.
The program started with moderator Basanta Adhikari, Bikalpa – an Alternative Director addressing the audience. He introduced everyone about the program and shared the objective of program.
Born and raised in Illam Mr Bansal was the Guest Speaker of the Last Thurday’s day Program. He is a well-known Chartered Accountant of Biratnagar. The participants got inspired by his personal journey of his career. During his Speech Bansal told there is always up and down in the life and that is good sign. Since he grew up under the umbrella of his family business from where he acquired knowledge of entrepreneurship in his early days. He was very good student during his school and college days. Focusing on the education he said if you want to be successful professional person then you have to concrete on your education regular basis.
After completing his Chartered Accountant education from Siliguri. Bansal started his professional career working in Arhiant Muti Fibre. Seeing his work He was shifted to Hulas wire as a Management Information System Officer where he had look after costing and organizational day to day financial management also monthly and quarterly position of the organization. He found that there is great challenge in doing service job because you will have to taste different level of challenge of experience. Working there was good for him because he got good experience in Industrial Exposure.
In his blood vein he always had thought that he wanted to be an entrepreneur on the service holder. So, he transited from traditional 9 to 5 job into entrepreneurial lifestyle. Quitting his job he started his own Chartered Accountant Firm in Biratnagar. In his initial phase there was only one client and 3 staff now the company had 20 staff 4 chartered Accountant and 300 clients.
Success Story:
He said that it’s a known fact that success doesn’t happen overnight. Things take time; it demands hard work and enthusiasm. You have to face a number of challenges that can get in the way of growth. We should deal all these hurdles positively. You should set a target for the achievement. Without hard work you can’t create your identity in the market. It is easy to earn money but it is very hard to earn to relation. You should go for what you love and want in your life.

You have to be always honest with your education. With honestly happily and hardworking you can achieve anything. In professional career degree is not everything. You have make your degree sellable. The market will not cash you one day. It will take time to absorb you. Always stick with good people observe them and replicate good things of them.
