Discussions are made on the contemporary issues (local or national) through free market perspective. Article is selected and shared within the members to prepare oneself for the program. The program is organized at the venue of Hotel Namaskar, Biratnagar on every alternative Friday (twice a month).

On this series, discussion was made on the Article of “Property & Law”, where 14 numbers of participants took part to discuss their views. In an hourly discussion the participant floated their opinion about the article. Some of the participants said Law is made for the safeguard of our Property and without it any human can not gain prosperity in the society. It is not because we have passed laws, than personality, liberty and property exist. On the contrary ,it is because personality, liberty , and property already exist before men make laws. Law is the collective organization of the individual’s right to legitimate self defense. In the Article the writers had presented rigorous case against the government law. At the first angle the writer is not convinced about the law, should transform persons and should create or not create property. In his opinion ,society ,persons, and property exist prior to the law : Property does not exist because there are laws, but law exist because there is property. It is the function of the legislator to organize . modify, and even eliminate property . His jurisdiction is limited to guaranteeing and safe guarding property rights. the function of the law , then is to safeguard to the right to property. it is not property that is a matter of agreement , but law. Some of the participant also argued by saying that since the Legislator made the law so he don’t have any incentive to think about the common people. The discussion was also flowed on the current developmental situation of Nepal.

The program was held on 2 September 2016, at 4:30 pm and Program was ended at 5:45 pm.
