Friday Discussion is a program designed to engage and inform the core members on the ideas of free market economy and classical liberal ideas. Discussions are made on the contemporary issues (local or national) through free market perspective. Article is selected and shared within the members to prepare oneself for the program.  The program is organized at the venue of Hotel Namaskar, Biratnagar on every alternative Friday (twice a month).

On this series, discussion was made on the Article of “Concept of Limited Government”, where 12 numbers of participants took part to discuss their views. It was hot and live discussion where participants discussed on the impact of Limited Government.

As we all know that there is a great debate regarding the issue of Limited Government. The basic concept of limited government is a government that cannot interfere into any person’s freedom and rights. If done so, it will be against the law. There was hot and live discussion regarding the topic. During discussion it was somehow clear for us that what should be the role of government.  The proper role of government is to prevent other people from harming an individual. Constitutional governments are important for any country. It is established with the idea of protecting the life, liberty and property of the people; it helps to limit the power of government and eventually prevents from interfering into the life of the people. On the contrary interventionist government are harmful to the citizen life.

The program was helpful to arouse many questions and good discussion. It was held on April 2015, 4.30 pm and program was ended at 6:30pm.
